Asst. Prof. Dr. Ender Yıldırım joined our department as faculty.

Dr. Ender Yıldırım received his B.S (2002), M.S. (2005) and Ph.D (2011) degrees in Mechanical Engineering at Middle East Technical University. After he graduated, he worked as a postdoctoral fellow at Leiden University in Leiden Academic Center for Drug Research, Division of Analytical Biosciences in collaboration with the organ-on-a-chip company MIMETAS, between 2012 and 2013. He worked as faculty member in Manufacturing Engineering Department at Cankaya University for six years (2013-2019). He joined our department as a faculty in Fall 2019. His research interests focus on microfluidics, lab-on-a-chip and organ-on-a-chip systems, and micromanufacturing of thermoplastic microfluidic devices.
