1. The following dates have been set for the Ph.D. Qualifying exams:
Written Exam first part (General Topics) November 3 rd , 2021 Wednesday
Written Exam second part (Special Topics) November 5 th , 2021 Friday
Oral Exam will be held in the week of November 22-26, 2021 on the dates decided by the exam Juries.
2. Unless a decision on the contrary is made by the Higher Education Council or University Administration, written parts of the Ph. D. Qualifying Examination will be conducted face-to face by taking the necessary precautions against the pandemic, and the oral part of the Ph. D. Qualifying Examination will be conducted either face to face or online depending on the decision of the exam juries.
