Çift anadal programının amacı, akademik olarak başarılı öğrencilerin Makina Mühendisliği Bölümü'nden ikinci bir lisans derecesi almalarına izin vermektir.

Program, lisans müfredatındaki bütün derslerden oluşmaktadır. Bu yüzden, Makina Mühendisliği'nde çift anadal yapmak isteyen öğrenciler, hem kendi lisans programlarının hem de Makina Mühendisliği'nin lisans programının gereklerini yerine getirmek zorundadır. Makina Mühendisliği lisans programının gereklerini yerine getirdiği düşünülen derslerin denkliğine, Fakülte Yönetim Kurulu'nun onayına bağlı olarak Bölüm karar verir.

Önemli Not: Anadalı Makina Mühendisliği olan Çift Anadal öğrencilerimiz zorunlu derslerini Makina Mühendisliği Bölümünden almak zorundadırlar. Bu sebeple, zorunlu dersler göz önünde bulundurulduğunda belirtilmiş olan denklik tablosu bu öğrenciler için geçerli değildir.
